Buyer Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for a welding positioner or rotator?
The minimum order quantity is 1 set. Customized equipment and complete welding lines are quoted per project, so a single machine order is welcome.
What is the delivery lead time?
Standard models are typically delivered 30–50 days after the deposit is received. Customized production lines are scheduled with the confirmed technical proposal.
What payment terms do you accept?
We work on T/T. The deposit and balance milestones are written into the sales contract, and terms can be discussed for repeat and project customers.
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We supply under our own DESAN, BIQEE and ZAULUX brands as well as under OEM/ODM arrangements, including custom logo, colour, voltage, control system and technical specification. NDAs can be signed before drawings are exchanged.
Is your equipment CE compliant?
Our welding positioners (WP / EWP / HT / TT), welding rotators (SAR / WR) and welding manipulators (WM / CWM / RWM) hold certificates of compliance citing the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Test reports are available on request.
Can you configure equipment for our workpiece?
Yes — that is how most of our projects start. Send the workpiece drawing, dimensions, material, welding process and target capacity, and our engineering team will come back with a configuration and a quotation.
